New Villa Gaia is for 1-3pax. It has 1 double bedroom 1 single bedroom 1 sofa that opens and becomes a double bed , 1 bathroom and a private balcony with private jacuzzi.

Megalochori village is full of little cozy taverns and restaurants, all within a walking distance from the property. For an amazing view to the famous Caldera it takes only 10 minutes walking. Being in the center of the island, all other places of interest are not far away including the beach, wineries and night life options.

In a walking distance from the property there are mini markets, restaurants, bus stop.

As per our Government and the circular from the Greek Ministry of Health, kindly be informed that it is not allowed to the chambermaid to enter the Villa daily, during your stay, except there is a specific request from the client to do so.

So, in case you need free cleaning service in our property, or a change of linen (towels / bed sheets), or in case you need the chambermaid to pick up the garbage, PLEASE inform us the latest from the previous day or from the previous night !!!

So, Upon your request, the cleaning service can be done the next day after your request, anytime you prefer between 11:00 am – 13:00 am.For everyone’s safety we avoid the contact, to protect both our employees and our clients.
